Make an old deck, new again!

This beautiful elevated, poolside deck was in need of renewal. The clients were interested in removing wood railing and pergola and replace with aluminum / glass railing system and privacy screen. They also wanted to replace the stairs and rotten boards. Below are a visual progression of the project.
